Who says you can't play with your food!
Elaine Wilson is an Edmonton personal chef who brings her love of international cuisine to your kitchen. With a large helping of humour and fun, her goal is to get people to become Adventure Eaters, excited about food (cooking and eating it) sampling the amazing food produced and available locally, regionally and internationally.
Through live cooking demos, interactive dinner parties, cooking classes and food coaching, Elaine makes cooking fun and exploring different cuisines accessible and entertaining. She appears frequently on television and in print media across the country, sharing her passion for real food that tastes great.
More and more, people want to know where their food comes from, who produces it, how it's produced, and how it gets to their kitchen. A long-time supporter and promoter of local food producers, Elaine shares that passion with clients, students and viewers.
Both here and on her blog, hear about local food finds; get access to Elaine's recipes; and find healthy eating tips. Discover where great food can be found, who's got what and where, and up-to-the-moment food news by following @alliumfoodworks on Twitter and becoming a fan on Facebook. |
